Shipping, Delivery & Cancellation Policy

We strive to bring your ordered products to your doorstep in the most convenient and timely manner possible. Depending on your Delivery Address, Standard Delivery Norms set by the Courier/Logistics Partner, Mode of Shipment Chosen you can generally expect to receive your order within 3-12 business days from the date of placing the order and completing the payment. In case of unforeseen / unexpected delay, the same shall be intimated to you

Our dedicated team, partnered with reliable third-party courier and logistics companies, works diligently to ensure a smooth delivery experience. In case of multiple products under a single order, we shall make every effort to dispatch every product under the same order at the same time, subject to the availability of the product.

All orders are shipped with an invoice from clarion®. In case you do not receive an invoice, you may contact at myclarion@clarionaudio.com and the Soft Copy of the Invoice will be furnished to you with 24 (Twenty-Four) Working Hours.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

  • Prepaid orders placed before 12 Noon will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 Noon will be processed on the next working day Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Deliveries are typically scheduled between 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Shipments for any order placed on a Sunday, or on any National Holiday, shall be processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, a notification mail along with a shipment tracking number will be sent to your registered email id or mobile number provided by you at the time of purchase.
  • For your security, a recipient's signature and stamp (in case of Firm/Company’s Consignment) is required upon delivery as a Proof of Delivery which is Mandatory.
  • To ensure accurate and prompt delivery, kindly double-check the accuracy of the address with proper pin code provided during the order placement. Any discrepancies or errors in the provided address may impact the successful delivery of your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation of orders is possible only before the order is Invoiced for shipment. Once an order is Invoiced and Packed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • No cancellations can be accepted for those products that have been ordered on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)
  • There shall be no cancellation of orders placed under the same day delivery category.
  • Cancellation & Shipping charges will be levied as specified by the Company on orders cancelled after shipment or upon delivery.

ELIGIBLE CRITERIA FOR PRODUCT RETURNS/SHORTAGES

  • If the product delivered is different from what was ordered or not as per the order specification or DOA (dead-on-arrival) or in the rare event of any shortages or damages to your order: Please contact our customer service team at +91 81000 28028 or call our Customer Care: 8100-028-028
  • promptly with your invoice information and photo/video of the product if you have received your order in a damaged condition. This should be reported within 4 hours of receipt of the products. Our customer support team shall be able to guide you with further process. Additionally, kindly indicate any discrepancies on the Proof of Delivery copy and return it to the delivery person.
  • If the delivered product had been tampered with or was in an unpackaged state at the time of delivery, please refuse to take the delivery of the product and immediately mail us with the complete details at myclarion@clarionaudio.com
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt of shipment in case the product has any technical issues or malfunctions. The request will, however, be entertained once the customer has checked and determined the same at his own end and subject to the Verification a and Validation Completed by our Service/Technical Team.
  • A product will not be eligible for return owing to personal likes / dislikes / satisfaction / preferences / choices in a product that has no damages / defects. Any physical damage not notified within 4 hours of receiving the product, any electrical surge or any damage caused by the customer/user, will not be eligible for return.
  • All returns are subject to the Final Approval of the Company and subject to the fulfilment of all the above given criteria.

PRODUCT PRICING:

  • Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.
  • Prices are subject to change without any advance notice.
  • Our products are liable for GST in India.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

  • Shipping and handling rates are subject to variations based on factors such as product type, packaging, size, and volume, Mode of Delivery Chosen. These charges will be clearly presented at the checkout stage, allowing you to review them before making payment.
